Overview
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used personality assessment tool in the world today. Participants will learn about their own personality preferences as well as the differences between themselves and others. This workshop is guaranteed to improve self and team understanding which in the end allows for greater job and life satisfaction. It will help to identify individual and group strengths along with the challenges that these groups face. Participants leave the session with a greater appreciation for themselves and team members.

Understand the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personal preferences
Develop a better understanding of self and others for more effective work and personal interactions
