Overview
Simulations allow a team to study its problem-solving and decision-making methods from an individual and a team perspective. Options include Amazon Escape, Cascades Survival Situation, Caribbean Rescue, Black Bear, and Cave With No Name. Informative, stimulating and fun exercises unravel the mysteries of group processes and teach important lessons in decision-making, communication, problem solving and leadership. Participants are actively engaged in the learning experience.

Learning Objectives
As a result of attending this program participants will be able to:

Examine group’s problem solving and decision making effectiveness and discover areas for development
Practice effective interpersonal and collaborative behaviors in a team setting
Demonstrate the advantage of team versus individual decision making
Provide feedback on team and individual performance
